A few years ago, my husband and I purchased a double in the Irish Channel. We created an LLC and have rented it - one side to our daughter the other to tenants. We are now considering listing the vacant side on Airbnb. It is not our primary dwelling, but we will be hiring our daughter as property manager. Does anyone know if we can apply for an accessory license or is this still considered a traditional STR with the 90 day limits. I just don't want our application to be denied and want to make sure we apply for the correct license.
