New Superhost requirements

ALL SKI CHALETS ARE BEING DICRIMINATED AGAINST NORMAL RENTALS.

The recent changes to super host discriminates against Ski rentals and seasonal properties.
Every September we close for three months and 2 weeks, as the ski lifts close.
How can we keep up with AIir Bnb new requirements during and after this period?
Your new rules discriminates against seasonal places, it might seem fair , but with a city rental, it is open all year with attractions this, it is very unfair to ski rental properties..
In a ski season which is only 14 weeks long we are very lucky if we sell 8 weeks let alone 10 !
We will close this season mid April and open again Mid June when all the lift stations are open.
So in total we are closed nearly 6 months a year due to lift stations closing and bad weather for tourists.
Your fees have also gone up where you consistantly charge 12% +vat guest fees which makes my property expensive and therefore less people , book through your service. A total of 15%
When you first started you charged 7-8% no vat , less than half what you charge now.
My guests are always complaining about your fees, How do we rate you???

It is a common practice in commerce to reward regular customers!!! No, Airbnb is not doing so - it levels all of them and takes 20% or more from all of them!

Airbnb is having a policy like a food SUPERMARKET - but it is not a food Supermarket, it provides service similar to  airplanes - and it is time finally regular guests to be rewarded by Airbnb with a lower service fee!
