New layout is horrible!

Just got a new reaervation which is great.

In the past I have emailed two attachments to my guests with instructions on how to use appliances which are tricky for non New Zealanders. With this new (and horrible!) layout there is a button that says 'email guest' but nthing happens when I push it. 

These people are arriving tomorrow and will have no idea how to use the hotwater or air-con. How on earth do I email them our document complete with photos?

I'm not against change when it is an improvement, but this is terrible!
