Our vacation home is almost done construction and we will be listing it on AirBnB, both for the entire home and each room.

What are some things you wish you had learned about renting via AirBnB sooner?

Rules that have helped?

Fees you should have or should not have charged?

How strict a cancellation policy?

Etc???
