Thankyou Clare for your assistance and kind comments. I was originally with owners direct but haven't liked the way they have gone since they were taken over by Homeaway. My enquiries have plummeted in the last 18 months and it is no longer an "owners" site ie. lots of agents now on the site.
I have always liked to deal with my clients directly so I can give them a tailored experience. I dont like the 'one size fits all' approach, I have a "note book" (not always up to date I admit) which I forward to clients giving lots of info about the apartment and area.
Back to my problem, I must be doing something stupid or their is a glitch in my system.
1. I enter a google search "apartments in Ljuta Montenegro".
2. I choose the airbnb search result and get back say 18 results.
3. I click on my listing (picture) but nothing happens.
4. I can however scroll through the pics.
5. I can click on any other listing and go into their site.
I thought there was some part of the process I had omitted but as you are able to enter that can't be the case. Maybe one cant look at ones own site this way.
I think confused.com fits me.
Thank you, regarding your points, because I am letting out the whole apartment that price is for 'the apartment'. The price alters in the high season but I cant see the whole calender in one go. I guess airbnb is orientated for known dates rather than looking at say a 3 month period.
Airbnb seems to have just exploded in Montenegro, I have been letting there for the last 9 years and first heard of airbnb last year. it is a beautiful small country but it's main industry is tourism. I am just retiring so hope to spend more time there myself and get away from this miserable rainy weather you keep sending us in the uk.
