Nightly Rates

I have $250 per night as the posted rate. I just got a request for booking but the rate AirBnB has quoted in the request is $215. Any idea what's going on?

Possibly 'smart' pricing.. Turn it off.

Do you have a reduction for week long/monthly stays? If so, and you guest has reached that discount, the price shown per night will reflect the new average nightly rate. Eg - accommodation is £100 per night, with a 10% discount after 7 nights. Therefore a week costs £630. The nightly rate becomes £90. Could this explain you seeing a lower price?
