No communication with guests

No communication with guests

I have guests who were supposed to arrive today but I have not heard from them since April 14th.

Their flight was supposed to arrive at 9:30 this morning and i gave them permission to check in early.

However, they never replied to the message I sent them with instruction on how to enter the house, where their bedroom was etc. and it's past the regular, normal check in time now as well. Have tried their phone number and get nothing.

Should I be contacting Airbnb? Cancel the reservation?

Do you have a phone number for those guests where you can send a text? Or actually call them? When you say you get nothing, what do you mean exactly? No voice mail? If you've exhausted all avenues of communication, then yes, contact Airbnb.
