North Las Vegas Air BnB

Hello,

I know that Las Vegas has become a lot more strict with their Air BnB hosting limitations. I have a home in North Las Vegas off W Ann and Camino El Norte that does not look like it falls into the "unincorporated Clark County" guidelines based on a map that I scoped out before posting my question. At the moment I am renting my house out but I was thinking about making it into an Air BnB at the beginning of next year. Does this sound feasible or should I continue to rent it out? Any advice would be helpful.
