‘Not possible’ in my inbox but booking approved

‘Not possible’ in my inbox but booking approved

Hi,

 

New to hosting. I had a enquiry from someone who wanted to book my apartment. I responded to the question and ‘pre approved’ the request. It appears that she booked the property at the same time as I hit ‘pre approve’. As a result my inbox message title now reads ‘not possible’ but the booking is in my calendar. 

 

I am assuming that this is just a glitch, and as long as the booking is in my calendar and pending transactions for paying - it should be ok? It does not show up in the number of bookings I have (ie, I had 5 bookings prior to this and I still have 5 now, even though it should read 6). 

 

Any way I can fix this?

@Sally436  Have you thought of messaging the guest to get some clarification? Also contact Airbnb to find out why it says not posible, but you show a confirmed booking yet no change in booking numbers.

Hi Sarah, 

 

i messaged and clarified. She confirmed the booking and said her payment had processed. So according to her she is all booked in! 

 

I’ll contact Airbnb direct, I was hoping for an easy answer!
