Occupancy Rate Calculation Error

I have ONE active listing.
My Progress tab reads:
2019 Details

Nights booked - 230

Unbooked nights - 249

Occupancy Rate - 48%

479 in a year??

Who should I contact to correct?  Or does it matter?

@Karla45 #mathfail!  I don't know, but I don't think it matters?  My numbers don't seem to add up, either.  Three listings for a total of 666 nights.  Two are available year-round (that's 730 nights) and one is available for 6 months of the year (that's about 180 nights).  Even when you take out about 40 blocked nights, it makes very little sense!
