Occupancy Taxes Missing

Hi,

New to AirBnB spent a couple hours trying to figure this out. So far I've gathered AirBnB is supposed to collect state but not county tax in FL but not positive.

Problem is on other listings closeby they show occupancy tax yet on mine it's not showing. I can't figure out out to add it.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm going nuts here. Does W-9 need to be completed first? I live out of state but didn't think that would matter.

Update - called them.

They have escalated it, looks to be an issue.

I raised my prices to account for it which, is definitely hurting traffic. Also hope I'm not responsible for existing bookings they were supposed to charge tax on.

AirBnB fixed it. Be careful on your listing, they do make mistakes.
