I've offered a discount on the airbnb booking after it's already been confirmed. I put the alteration request through. Now, the guests are wanting to know how to accept the changes.
I would imagine it's exceedingly simple, but without seeing the guests web interface, I have no idea how to direct them. Any ideas?
@Ronnie19 It is very simple, but if your guests are using a phone with Airbnb's app, likely they are having trouble. Ask your guests to log into the full website and they should be able to accept the alteration from there.
