For over three months now Airbnb's systems have failed us and Airbnb is effectively with-holding almost $1000 of payments owed to me yet inaccessible to me since Airbnb's systems consistently say there is an error ever since I updated my paypal details when changing my payout method. This is proving to be both frustrating and also very costly to my rental accommodations since in reality all my Airbnb guests since 13th February have stayed without payment being received by me - so not only am I not receiving payment, I am incurring costs at the same time. I have exchanged numerous emails with Airbnb IT technicians who have each failed to resolve the problem - and indeed they seem lost to know what to do since they say everything appears correct as far as they are concerned.... I am very disappointed. If this will not be resolved ASAP, then i will be force to take legal action. ALTERNATIVELY, PLEASE SEND ME MY MONEY (YES, MY MONEY) BY BANK TRANSFER DIRECTLY. It's my money, not Airbnb's and I would like to receive those funds owing to me...
