Hello,
Should this review be allowed? I want airBnb to remove it as it is untruthful, a personal attack and retaliatory because I asked the guest for money for damages which I did get from airBnb ($200). The guest was rude and outraged.
I had a guest smoke inside and outside of my house. The listing says 'No smoking on premises.' She admitted smoking outside and leaving the cigarette butts in the kitche garbage.
She smoked in the master bedroom and burned the window sill. I sent photos to airBnb and an estimate. AirBnb sent me $200 for repairs.
At first, I asked the guest for $200 for the burned window-sill she said I was crazy and she did not smoke inside. BTW - There were even ashes on the floor.
This is the only 3 star review I have ever received. She wrote it right after I asked her for money for damages. It is the only review for this new listing. I am considering removing and re-posting this listing to remove the attached negatvive review. I have over 100 positive reviews and a couple of 4 star reviews. I am at 94% 5 star for my other listing, not that any of that really matters.
This is what she wrote. Should airBnb allow this?
