    Pre-approval issue

    I keep pressing Pre-approved for one reservation and the guest keeps sending me a request. Now AirBNB says the reservation has expired when that was the third time I hit pre-approved on this one guest. Has anyone dealt with this type of glitch? Latest reply by Clare0
