non existent pending reservation

Under my reservation, there is one that is listed as 'pending reservation' it says I have to respond or I will be penalized, I tried clicking the 'respond now' button but it wasn't clickable. Also, this particular guest's request didn't make it to my email. I click on the name of the person and it took me to a page that says 'error' page could not be found.

I would contact Airbnb about that one. Sounds like a glitch.
