Ordering a CO detector

Airbnb has an offer for a free smoke and Co detector ( https://www.airbnb.com/home-safety)

I have already placed my order in September 2015 and have received a confirmation and and order number.

However, I still have not received teh delivery.

When I check on the above mentioned link it says that my order is being prepared.

How can I contact Airbnb to inquire about this order and delivery?

You may have seen the discussion about the Free Smoke/CO detector offer thread here in the Community Center, as it was a popular subject here. I would recommend asking the hosts there about expected arrival dates, as I know some have received theirs already. 🙂
