If you have flagged a listing, then this will go through to a specific team in Airbnb to look at further. It can sometime take a little bit of time to investigate further, but please be rest assured they will look into it. If you feel you need to explain this further, I would agree with @Helen3's recommendation to contact the Support Team to explain more.
