I received a booking from Airbnb which had been fully charged by Airbnb from tghe guests . Guests arrived , stayed for 14 nights and checked out on JAn 17 / 2016. On my extranet my earnings are shown , but in transactions it says ...NIL ?????? and this is all very confusing . It has been 20 days since the guests stayed and checked out , but I am receiving no payment advice from Airbnb , no feed back ?? above all there are no numbers listed to which I can call and discuss this issue . Should I take it that Airbnb is only interested in collecting payments and not bothered to let the host know as to what his payment status ?? why is it being delayed etc etc ???? Please guide me what should I do
