PHOTOGRAPHY APPLICATION PROCESS

According to airbnb I am eligble for free photography.  However, there is something wrong with the application process. After putting in a description of myself, I am not bale to proceed to the next step as it goes back to the original page (https://www.airbnb.ca/info/photography?locale=en)

Please let me know how I can complete my application as I am really interested in getting these pictures taken!
