So Airbnb let someone book our spot only to cancel a few hours later, with a full refund,

going against our cancellation policy.

It blocked our calendar on a Friday 

so we lost the weekend rental.

I’ve tried numerous times to find out why but no one will answer my questions.

any ideas or answer’s ?

Normally happens when someone books fraudulently - false credit card or bad rating on Airbnb @Joe28 

How do you know you lost a weekend rental.

Personally I block out the calendar so people can't make last minute bookings.
