Paused Listing Requirements

Airbnb has been adding new requirements for the host. The host must provide these items soap, linens, and etc.Also, It is forcing the host to quit some of their rights the new cancelation policy. The guest can cancel within 48 hours in the new coming policy.  

Airbnb is putting lots of pressure on the host side. The host listing can be paused by Airbnb too.It makes it very difficult to host a guest with the new policy. I believe Airbnb main goal to become like Expedia....com and Book....com in the future.All these requirements and new rating policy, cancelation policy, and other restrictions is a sign where Airbnb wants to be in the future. 

I would like Airbnb to easy the rating system by not pausing the listing. If the host's listing has above three-star rating Airbnb should not pause the listing.

I think in that way as a host I can say that Airbnb is not only on the guest side. 

The amount of the energy and time we put as a host start overwhelming the Airbnb host community.

There don't seem to be any quantifiable metrics that cause a listing pause.  I've never dropped below 4 stars, I consistantly have over 50% 5-star ratings...but I've been paused three times in the last four months.  It's ridiculous.  I'm at the point of looking at legal action.

Interesting... why was it paused? Cannot find anything on Airbnb Terms & Conditions. Please divulge

It's very unfair to pause a listing in the middle of summer which is the busiest time of the year for most hosts. We take steps to make sure our guests are taken care of and that they have a great experience. To prevent hosts you address as partners from making a living is grossly unfair. I depend on this income to pay bills in a very expensive LA city.
