We offer airbnb and short term rental cleanings and CO-Hosting. We know how time consuming it can be to clean, re-stock and stage your airbnb/short term rentals. That's why we offer our cleaning & CO-Hosting. services specifically designed to enhance the experience for your guests. We think of EVERYTHING. We have first hand experience as well traveled airbnb guests along with managing our own highly successful airbnb properties.
We will manage all communication and bookings with guests, help create your listing and do any updates accordingly. We will have people nearby to help guests with any issues, questions and recommendations. On top of doing the cleanings in between guests, allow us to create a memorable experience while they stay in your airbnb/short term rental.
Airbnb and short term rental regular cleanings :
500 sq feet or less- $50 usually takes about an hour
500-650 sg ft- $75 about (11/2 hours)
650-800 sq ft- $100 about (2 hours)
800-1000 sq ft -$125 about 2.5 hours.

Common Areas (living rooms, outdoor patios)

-Vacuum furniture -empty trash/recycling
-clean fireplaces -restock complimentary items
Staging:
-arrange furniture (when possible) -restock complimentary items
-Create guest guidebook for your Airbnb guests
We will do a deep cleaning of your airbnb rental for every 7 reservations (required)

Deep cleaning prices will vary with the size of your Airbnb/ short term rental. Typically it will be priced as follows:
500 sq ft or less - $100 (approximately 2 hours)
500 -650sq ft - $150 (approximately 3 hours)
650-800 sq ft - $200 (approximately 4 hours)
800-1000 sq ft - $250 (approximately 5 hours)

If you are looking for a CO-Host we charge 20% commission this includes excellent communication with guests, scheduling the cleanings, showing up to the rental in person if needed to assist guests. We will create a house manual and guidebook for your rental as well.
