Ive read a lot of the negative Plus posts, Just wondering if there were some that felt otherwise since Im half way through the program. Luckily I did not have to pay, like some others, We were invited to be a part of the program for no cost to us. When I saw that Plus would get higher visibility, more bookings and superior customer care, I jumped at it. Since I have had an issue (mid stream in the process) with LACK of customer service , I decided to search the forum and found only negative comments which has made me want to pull out of the program before committing. The problem is,I keep getting messages that I need to reschedule my home inspection and photo shoot, when both of these things occurred over a week ago. The day after the the inspection and photo shoot I got a message of recognition this part had been completed and I would be receiving my report soon. This message stayed for 5 days then went back to schedule your home visit with an apology that the inspector did not show up. I have not been able to reach anyone who can help me or who knows anything, I was told this was not their department and they would pass on the message and someone would get back to me. surprise, no one has gotten back to me. Maybe a blessing in disguise. I think I will gracefully bow out of completing this and stick to a regular listing
