Payment is pending on my - Guest has paid on their side

Can someone help me to understand why payment due to me is still pending on my side?

My guest sent a screenshot to show that she has paid, but on my side it says "pending". It should have come in through Paypal, but it still hasn't 20 days later.

Does anybody know what could be the problem?

@Anne89 What?? That's about 19 days too long to have "pending" reservation!  I would contact Airbnb to find out what's going on.  Here's how:
