During the confrimation phase of a booking I received a message that the payment has not been confirmed. I accepted anyway but now I am worried that the payement has not gone through. Is that a possibility since airbnb gives no indication?
@Aspasia2 At times Air BNB runs into problems with what the guest is using for payment. Sometimes sorting that all out takes time. You should contact the guest and state that if the payment is not resolved with XX amount of time, you will have Air BNB cancel the booking. They can try to rebook at a later date once the payment method is sorted out.
I am a traveller. I made a payment. My bank confirmermed th psyment to international account. I was told that I will receive a confrimation e-mail from AirBnB within 48hours. It's been more than 48hours now and I still have not received confrimation.
How do i know that this account in legintimate and how to I know what is going on with my payment?
