Payment not received

Hi,

It's been a year since the visit and I can't see the payment though it shows in the transaction history.

Please help me!

@Yonatan1, we can't help as this is a host forum, not Airbnb Support. Even though you've left it a very long time to query the payment you should contact Airbnb. The methods and numbers are here and the direct message via Twitter route is getting a good response at the moment.
