We are also having payment delayed from airbnb. Our guest stayed for one mont in November. Airbnb sent us an email confirming that the payment was sent to us on the 5th of December and that we should recieved it maximun by the 12th of December. Today is the 24th of Dec. and we still don´t have the money on our bank account.
We have contacted airbnb several times and they first blame our bank. Ironically my husband works in the bank in which our payment bank account is so we know for sure the money hasn´t arrived to the bank. I informed airbnb about this and so far no answer from them but a: "our payment department will contact you".
No clear information or solution has been given to us yet and we starting to consider different options on how to solve this situation if airbnb doesn´t give us a solution on the next few days.
