Payout Issue through Western Union

Hello everybody.

I have a big issue with payout. I have more than 35 completed transaction, and i have accumulated an amount above USD 2,000. I have an approved payout method through Western Union and minimum amount of USD 500. Airbnb is not sending me the payout, although that i have contacted them many times. The are giving me general answers. The problem is that in the country where i am located there is no contact number and i should call them on international numbers with awful sound quality. At  my last attempt i received from them this general response:

I dont know how to manage this issue. I need urgently the money in order to pay the loan installment and i have two weeks overdue because airbnb is not sending me the money.

Is anybode facing or faced such issue? How can i solve it?

That is awful! I am so sorry to here you are having problems getting paid. Did airbnb ever get your money to you? I really do not like these electronic payouts, I much prefer getting a check in the mail. I think that would resolve a lot of issues.
