I am hosting a family who has already checked in. I received a message yesterday saying my payout was sent via direct deposit. This morning I received another message from Airbnb saying they don't know where to send the payout. All of my information for direct deposit is in their system. I actually added the same information again this morning and received another message asking to verify the change. I am not sure what is going on? Please advise.

We're having the same problem. Airbnb says it needs to know where to send payment, but it's already set up and "ready" in our payout preferences. And we can't find any way to get in touch with them to resolve it.
I have two rentals on the same account.
I received the payout from one of them a couple of days ago.
The other rental I am now receiving a notice that funds are waiting for me and need to set up payout method.
I was paid last month for both listings last month with the same guests.
Same problem here, have been paid multiple times inthe past, received an email that said I would be getting my payout in 5 business days, then another email stating I needed to add a payout method, when I already have 2 payout methods listed and a default one set up,
