Payout

Hi all!

It has been 10 days since the payout date, and I haven't received payment  as a host.  My bank says they haven't received the money, even though my Airbnb page indicates that payment has been made.  I require a SWIFT code to trace the payment. I'd like to get in touch with Airbnb to figure this out, but can't find any way to contact them; any advice out there?

Transaction history (Select box)
I still need help (down)
Then you can write your request and send by email.

Lovely to meet you. Sorry to hear you are experiencing a delay with receiving your payment. Due to the holiday period and there being several bank holidays this may have meant the processing time by your payment method took a little longer than usual. 

 

As it has been a few day on since you posted this, I wondered if you had received it yet?
