Payout

Hi airbnb,

I am a host and hosting almost a year. 15 of january a guest came in and is planing to stay till 8 of february. 

In the history of the payout it says the transfer is done on 24 of januari. The amount of days is not more than 28 days, so why the money is still not in my bankaccount. Do i have to wai untill it is febuary because its a monthly payout?

If this is the first time you have had this problem, @Maaike13, you should contact Air BNB.  Under 28 days should payout 24 hours after check in.  Here is a link to contacting Air BNB.  Good luck!
