Payout

Hi, My guest moved out on the 25th of December. I saw a payout on the 26th Dec but it was reversed later and the payout method later on had an Error message to it.

I have added a new method for payout today 28th Dec. Will AirBnb make payment of the old transaction to the new payout account. Is there anything else i should? How can i get in touch with Airbnb directly?

I had guest from Friday to Sunday. Airbnb shows a pay out on April 23 which was Saturday. This pay out has not showed up in my account yet. What is my recourse?

I have just had a payout reversal too yet the payout worked fine for my last booking - I have set up a new payment beneficiary but now they are saying it takes 5 days to verify this...

Can anyone shed any light or let me know how to contact Airbnb - most annogignthing about working with Airbnb is that it is nigh on impossible to ever speak to anyone if you have a problem..?
