Peace and Prayers to all New Zealanders

♥️ Peace and Prayers to all New Zealanders.♥️

There are no words....

This should never happen anywhere, anythime. Racial and religious violence will never be tolerated in our global village. As an Australian, I feel despairing of this catastrophic event. We breathe and hold hands.

Peace be with you all....

No words can describe how I feel about the horrific and shocking hate filled mass murder that happened on Friday in Christchurch.

Racism and hate crimes have no place in any society, and goes against everything our Nation stands for. 50 innocent lives now gone.

Now is the time to help, rebuild,  heal, unite and be there for our neighbours/whanau/friends because in such a loving, generous, and  kind place like New Zealand these catastrophic events cant break us and won’t be tolerated!

Much comfort derived from the thoughts and images on posts here.

We are such a small spot on the planet and so connected through our various communities

that there will hardly be a soul who is not affected and touched by this hideous event.

My poor Home town has suffered so valiantly through so much in the past years I can’t imagine

how it must feel to be coping with this lastest blow.

Kia Kaha Christchurch.

Many of us are going to Mosques to be present in support of our communities  in the San Francisco bay area. It's not much, but it is something in this terrible moment.  The supposed "Leader of the free world" aka Trump, has made hatred & discord his brand and alas, the poison has dripped into receptive ears. I am so sorry, so ashamed of the part my country has played in the normalization of this horror. May our better angels triumph over this wretched cruelty, the sooner the better, Sally
