Hi there,
I have a guest who is not willing to send the ID to Airbnb, I fully understand this, she made a request and since I do not request ID verification this should not affect me. In any case she went ahead. I did not know she cant not verify on any other social media platform since she is not using any.... In any case is asking for verification, I gave my calendar blocked and I'm actually willing to get her booking but Airbnb does not seem to be happy with that.
She as good reviews and has been using thr platform before but for some reason she nees to verify somehow.
Any ideas?
Hi @Valen0,
I am thinking it has to do with verifying her financials such as her payment method. Have you contacted Airbnb yourself?

Hey there!
I just did thanks! (Could not find the link before), seems she need to verify but I'm not fully aware of what is verified and what is not.
She has already made some airbnb's since she has 5 reviews so I guess the payment method is verified.
They will get in touch with her, let's see if this gets sorted somehow.
