Hello, I wonder if anybody faces the same problem. Since the end of June 2017 I already hosted four times but I didn't recieve any money, although payment methods are ok. Last year I was hosting the same way and it was never late to complete transactions. What can I do? How can I contact/complain with Airbnb administration.
Wow @Anna780 that would be so frustrating! I would definitely use the help center to contact customer service right away. Also triple check your paypal or however you receive money just to make aure the deposits aren't pending or something. After one of my very first rentals my money was "pending" and therefore unavailable for 30 days! I was fuming and poor the whole time. Good luck!
