@Jaclyn3 there is no single email for Airbnb as they have service centers world wide. I would highly recommend using Twitter @airbnbhelp for a quick response. I use it exclusively and at least get an acknwledgment of my concern within 10 minutes and, depending on the complexity of my issue, get a resolution within the hour. I have no patience for waiting on the phone for 30 minutes.
On Twitter, you can send a private Direct Message using the Message button. You won't be limited in the number of characters a public tweet has. If you decide to use Twitter, just be sure you don't post a public tweet with any private information such as phone number or email address for privacy and security reasons. Give it a try...
