Pending payouts

Hi All,

 

Can someone please assist me with a payout I was supposed to receive in May and it still hasn't been released and the status is showing as "pending?"

 

This happened in the month of April also and I had to call Airbnb and wait almost a week to get the payout released.  I tried to call them on Thursday to get this one released (same reservation booking) and I was on waiting for 30 minutes and still couldn't get a representative to serve me so I hung out.  There doesn't appear to be anywhere I can email them which is frustrating.  I'm getting really fed up with there service - I've been a host for 3 years and just feel they've gotten "too big for their boots" now and I'm on the last straw of using them.

 

If anyone has an email address they could provide me, I'd be really grateful.

@Jaclyn3  there is no single email for Airbnb as they have service centers world wide.  I would highly recommend using Twitter @airbnbhelp for a quick response.  I use it exclusively and at least get an acknwledgment of my concern within 10 minutes and, depending on the complexity of my issue, get a resolution within the hour.   I have no patience for waiting on the phone for 30 minutes.  

On Twitter, you can send a private Direct Message using the Message button.  You won't be limited in the number of characters a public tweet has.  If you decide to use Twitter, just be sure you don't post a public tweet with any private information such as phone number or email address for privacy and security reasons.  Give it a try...
