Photographer isn't available - Airbnb Community

Photographer isn't available

Hello!

We're requesting free first photography session for our listing for last couple of weeks and we always getting message: "We’ve received your photography request, but it looks like we don’t have a photographer who is available right now!". We already contacted photographer who was taking photos for our other listing at same address before and he said that he's available and that he got only few requests from other people in the neighbourhood in last couple of weeks. What can we do to get a positive request answer?
