Hi all, i just had an issue with airbnb, i filled the listing in spanish version of airbnb as i live in spain, i filled everything in english as i know most of the guests will understand better this language, but apparently all the items you fill in in spanish are not transferred to the english version, for instance in the Guest access area it is shown in the spanish but not in the English version, it's like they are different and show different information.
So be aware that the platform has many gaps and mistakes, for example you can not change the way you receive payments on the app, you have to go to the web page, and so on.
The bad thing is that even the info was on the spanish version airbnb didn't accept it because this vital information of the guests access to common areas was not in the English version, theirs platform mistake that cost me 70€, and although the agent gave me the reason that in the spanish section was ok i had to pay the duck.
Already sent a lot of messages to airbnb but now they just ignore me because the decision was taken to refund the guests, even before asking me anything, so i wonder if there's is a guide of all the things that you should do better on the web page rather than the app and how can you check in all the languages that your information has actually been transferred to them.
