Please help! the guest damaged for my furniture, ignore my claim to replace, and reported me!!

Hi. I am new host in airbnb, only provide rooms when it is vacant for a short time. I had a guest from Czech republic 2 days ago, he had problem with me on the same night. he was so drunken (maybe drug?) and called me that he ca/t open the door of my apt. what actually happened was he went wrong apt unit and tried to open that door and yelled to me with his imperpect english. I tried to help him to check apy number properly and ready to go to him for helping, but he yelled and texted me that I am rude to him. He looked  unstable mentally, so I was afraid him to stay and hurts my family in my apt. Thus I called to airbnb for asking him to leave the next day. the next morning, he called me in 6 am in the morning many times and hung up just like to wakinme up on purpose. He texted me that his flight plan was changed, he needed to get money back from me, which is good I canceled his staying and he got the money back! so it proves he was making problem last night and expected me to cancel to get his money back!!  

The worse thing was, I came home after he left and found that He poured soda on all floor, wet the bed with his pee on my bed! I should trash all bed set! I claimed him to ask the money for paying replace the bedset. He ignored my request, and reported me to air bnb for violation nondiscrimination policy. my account was blocked only because him, and he does not seem to give money back to me. 

airbnb hosts, please advise me what I should do for this situation. I had never had that kind of guest, I don't know what to do. 

Should i get damaged for my furniture and blocked my account if the guest is claiming with false information? Any protection for host? Please help what to do.

@Mj7 Take photos of every part of the damage, including photos of the bed. You only have 48 hours to make a claim. Contact Airbnb immediately. They already have this guest on file as having been a problem. They will see it as a revenge damage. But you must do this right away and include as many good photos as you can as well as the cost of repairing or replacing what was damaged.

thank you. I got the pictures and was paid for his urine on my bed. Now he left crazy bad review on my profile. I did same thing to him as well.

I was on similar situation and guests stayed in my house for 2 nights ( 18-20 Nov16) and broken my 3 months old queen bed, broken staircase rail, scratch the TV screen, vomit on the carpets and floor (without cleaning them), moved all furnitures around and left the house big mess. It took two days for cleaner to clean the house. We have taken all photos next day after they checked out and contacted the guest many times but no response (phone was off message via airbnb no reply).

We have lodged the claim via Airbnb Resolution Centre for a week now but still have not heard anything from both guest and airbnb. Not sure how long does it take to resolve this? does any host out there can give some suggestion on this matter please let me know.
