A very annoying problem I've encountered when using teams is that when one of my team members pre-approves a booking request that seems not to be taken into account by Airbnb. Consequently, as the account owner I then get, about 4 hours after the pre-approval from my team memeber, an automatic message from Airbnb stating the something similar to the following:
Respond to Xxxxx’s enquiryMaintain your response rate and help Xxxxx finalise their trip. Respond by
18:19 CEST on 06 May.
If I then look at the corresponding message, as the account holder, it shows it's ready for booking, meaning it's been pre-approved, but doesn't let me pre-approve it. So why the warning message?
I noticed this a couple of months ago and asked Customer Support about it. They assured me then that I should just ignore it but wouldn't admit that it was a bug! However, when I get a message that opens with "Maintain your response rate..." it makes me a little nervous but the only soliution I've found is to send a Special Offer as a pre-approval is not available.
