I see the following message on my calendar page:

"April price tips

11%
of your prices match tips"

What does this message mean?

1. Shoud I increase the price by 11%?
2. Should I reduce the price by 11%?
3. Or somthing else?

Moshe, it's just airbnb pricing tips. It's just means that 11% of your daily prices matches with airbnb recommendations (higher or lower).

It's just a tip, you can see the price they recommend by having a click on 'see pricing tips' and can make changes. But you are the only one who decide at what price you want to rent your place. Happy new year!
