Price per night

I am so confused!!! 

I have set my nightly rate at $635 for a certain period and yet when booking enquiry's come through it is showing a rate less than what I am asking - even the guests are confused and are asking me why they keep seeing two difference prices???

I have the same issue. Charging $190 per night but is coming up as $152 per night.

I am getting the same problem, my price per night became lesser than the one I set. I don't have and never had my smart pricing option on.

Can someone please explain.

My nightly rate was supposed to be 4990.00 but a booking inquiry came through and showed it  as 2776.24 per night.

Somebody please explain
