I have posted $145 for our guest house, yet when I look on the site for it, it's listed at $149...why doesn't it have the price I have listed it for.  It's USD.  I don't have taxes included...??

thanks

Hello @Chrissi0,

Airbnb charges fees to both the guest and the host. Therefore the price a guest pays is more than what you set.

For example, I set the price at €25, the guest usally pays about €27 and I get €24.

See the link below for an explanation of fees. More information can be obtained by typing "fees" in the help section.

Hi Chrissi,

When a guest searches the site for a place to stay, Airbnb adds it's fee into the calculated nightly rate that's advertised. So what you tell Airbnb you'd like to make per night, is not what the guest sees advertised per night.

I hope that helps.
