Pricing Changes

I do not like the pricing changes.  I do long term and miss the ability to set up a monthly rate.  Because of the way the pricing works, I am never sure exactly how much my guests will be charged per month.  Where do the recommended minimums come from?  Everytime I check my listing for my competitors pricing, I am always lower than any other comparable rental unit, and yet the recommended minimum price is half of what I have listed.  I am not willing the rent my room and bath at the recommended minimum price.  Bring back the ability to set a flat monthly rate!!!!!!!

First of all, I NEVER take Airbnb's recommended rates and I have never had an issue being rented.
