Pricing Setting

I'd like the change the pricing settings (for cleaning fee and extra persons) without effecting the current reservations. How can I do that?

Anything that you change on the listing description (price, amenities, cancellation policy, etc) ONLY gets applied to new bookings, none of the changes are retroactive to bookings already made.

Hi, I'm wanting to set seasonal pricing as I'm starting to get booking for Xmas and it's picking up my current winter rates. I've looked on the 'help' menu however the instruction appear to be out of date with changes they've made with the site ..... or possibly operator error.  Thanks
