Pricing is different then posted when I get a request. Why?

I have experience which made me so very confuse. I post rate as US $ 29 - US $ 32 as airbnb advise pricing on calender.  Original post price is US $ 75. I have special discount only 10% for monthly booking. But when I got booking via instant booking, the rate made me soooo confuse because only US $ 14.00 ? How come ???

I try contact airbnb but always failed.

You have 14 listings and I am not going to look through all of them to try and figure this out for you.  Could you please be a little more specific so someone can help figure this out.
