Pricing problems with Airbnb website

I have my properties listed with seasonal pricing by the night and also by the week with a weekly discount. The quotes when people inquire or book are lower than my listed pricing that I set. For example, someone just booked my apartment that is set in my hosting dashboard at $110/night or $750/week, but they were quoted $92/night by Airbnb. What is going on?

I have the same issue, our unit is listed in our pricing calendar for $175 per night but when seached it shows for $140 per night?  also the cleaning fee does not match?  cleaning fee in the settings is $50 and when searching the post it shows $40?
