Pricing to appeal to various numbers of guests

I have a 3 bedroom guesthouse and it is listed as such but i would like to be able to offer it to either 2 or 4 guests as well with appropriate pricing.  If I list the space as being able to sleep 6 then I cant reduce the amount if only 2 people book.  Help!

Try this:

1 Listing for 3 bedrom (6 people)

1 Listing for 2 bedrom (4 people)

3 Listings for 1 bedrom each (2 people)

Then you have to sync its calendars.
