Hi All,

I have been having trouble with the pricing lately and it's costing me bookings. I have tried several ways to adjust my price. I host 30+ day stays only. I've tried to adjusting the nightly price, the monthly price, changing the monthly discount, scrapping the monthly discount completely and doing a monthly price only, adjusting the nightly price on the calendar, and other attempts. I have searched in the "search" bar for tips and the tips suggest clicking on links that are not there. I change the price in one spot and think it's been adjusted. Then the next time I search to see if it's coming up in general searches in my area, the old price is listed. Very frustrating and I'm losing bookings! Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Hello @Louisa28. First of all, try logging out, cleaning cookies on all your devices, and once again log in and set the prices.
